1. Accuracy of Layouts & Dimensional Disclaimer
Crucial Structural Disclaimer
The Garage Planner digital canvas is a conceptual design, arrangement, and space-planning tool. It is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, structural, or construction blueprints.
All dimensions, measurements, clearance boundaries (such as lift rotations, vehicle doors, and electrical safety space), and placements are strictly estimates. Always consult a licensed local building contractor, structural engineer, and professional installer (especially for heavy equipment like automotive 2-post lifts) before breaking ground or buying fixtures.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our interactive tools, algorithms, graphics, stylesheets, layout options, and content are the sole property of Garage Planner.
- Our Code: You are not permitted to reverse-engineer, frame, scrape, package, or distribute the Canvas codebase or application code of our layout tool.
- Your Layouts: Any custom blueprints, project data files, structural shapes, or measurements you configure in the application belong entirely to you. We hold no ownership or distribution rights over your uploaded floorplan images or exportable JSON maps.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garage Planner and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising out of property damage, structural failure, incorrect tool sizing, or physical injuries incurred while executing garage constructions, renovations, or lift setups designed conceptually on our site.
4. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use our interactive app for any unlawful activity or to deliberately interfere with its performance or servers. We reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend access to our free tools without notice if these terms are violated.
